Femi, I confess that I did not know you are a writer! Thank you for this! I am working on a piece about a Nazi sent by NATO to kill people in the Congo... the deeper I get into the research, the more horrific it is. There were whole troops full of "former" Nazis sent to kill the native population who were rebelling against colonial rule.

Thank you very much for writing it. I would point out that whilst, unfortunately, many europeans are indifferent or ignorant of the horrific atrocities carried out in their, and their forefathers', names; a good minority is quite aware. But we do not live in anything like a democracy, so our voices are not heard. But, take heart - they have now turned their monstrous, genocidal eye towards us. It is my hope that when (if?) we fight back and win, we will all realise that the same powers that tried to kill us, have killed untold numbers of non-white people. Then we can all band together and topple the lot of them.

Solidarity! I am quite aware that a tiny minority of Europeans are aware of this and other atrocities committed European colonizers who masqueraded as civilizers.

I am also aware of the total erosion of basic democratic rights in Europe, I can only say that I wish Europeans the best wishes in their struggle and hope that they will begin to appreciate what WE in Africa went through.
