"A recent study by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (presented in Accra on Wednesday, February 14, 2018) found that there are 265 slums in our capital, Accra, a city of 2.27 million people. That is a very serious indictment. A shithole, to me, is a society, any society, where the leaders shamelessly rush abroad to receive services they fail to provide to their citizens at home." Amen.

Also, it's not: either God does the healing and so the V.P. should have gone to a church or it's only the doctors who do the healing and he should have gone to a hospital. "In him we live, move, and have our being," said St. Paul to the Athenians. "What have you, that you have not received?" he told the Romans (I think). So, the gift of doctors with training and equipment to heal is a gift of God, and, quite properly, Ghanaians were dancing in thanksgiving to him.

I thank you for your comment, even though I disagree with the views that you expressed.

Any society in which the people turned themselves into unthinking Zombies and expect a god, any god, to solve problems for which they pay state officials in not one that will ever make progress.

A country that cannot build hospitals to take care of its high officials cannot be considered a serious one.

Religion should be a PERSONAL thing; your relation with your god should strictly be your business.

Thank you for reading my article!

Have a wonderful day!
