The expression “Here we go again” jumped into my mind as I processed the enthusiastic effusions of some Africans, especially the educated elite, over Kemi Badenoch's election (or selection) as the new leader of Britain’s Conservative Party.
I am so done with sElections that I wasn't going to waste my time showing up to vote for Genocide A vs Genocide B.
However, I discovered that a very important local ordinance is on the ballot: The Right to Food. So I will show up.
Yes, with Corporations gunning to rule every aspect of the world, my little town will vote on our right to obtain food & seeds, by sale, barter, donation, exchange, etc. directly from farmers & community events & venues, & to eat it in those places.
Food security is clearly becoming an issue. This summer, a local library opened an area in the entrance for fresh produce from gardeners with spare harvest, left free for anybody who needs it, without anybody registering, tracking, monitoring, etc.
I saw a similar thing in front of a church in a wealthy town, 30 miles north. And a church in my town erected a small structure mainly for book trading, but people have started leaving canned & dried foods there. And now a note on front of it provides addresses to 2 health clinics who have opened space for fresh produce free to those on need.
As to the national sElection, enough of Satan"s Spawn! Since I'll already be there & am ruled by the Creator God by every name He is known by, I will write-in My Lord Jesus the Christ, Prince of Peace.
