Why do we Africans continue to tenaciously cling to the relics of colonialism and expect to make meaningful progress?
Let us take our judicial system as an example. What type of justice should our people expect when our illiterate citizens are dragged before a court where the Judges and the lawyers dress like the Witches of Endor and speak a dead European language, Latin?
After seventy years of employing neocolonial tools to misgovern ourselves, when are we going to realize that nothing will work in Africa until we decolonize our minds and our institutions?
